According to Italian magazine, 'Diva e Donna', Abigail Barwuah – Balotelli's biological sister – is pregnant. The report indicates that Obafemi Martins is the father.
The 28-year-old striker has played at Inter Milan, Newcastle United, Vfl Wolfsburg, Rubin Kazan, Birmingham City and now Levante.
The magazine quotes her as saying: "The baby is making its presence felt. This is a very special Christmas for me."
